Southern Maryland's Cheseldine Car Wash was founded in 1989 by Johnny and Gary Cheseldine. Locally owned, positively known, it's a name that stands for community.

In 1982 Johnny Cheseldine enlisted in the military and served for 6 years. After completing his military service, Johnny started the Cheseldine Auto Group in 1989.  Gary Cheseldine served in the Navy from 1981-1985 and joined Johnny in the launch of the Cheseldine business.

Johnny and Gary are lifelong residents of St. Mary's County and realize how important it is to give back to the community. The Cheseldine Auto Group annually sponsors Christmas for underprivileged children in Southern Maryland and are proud supporters of local youth baseball. They also participate in the Cruise for Cancer fundraising event, Toys for Tots and other local charities and churches. This company is founded on family, military and community and realizes the importance of each. They believe in giving back to YOU the community.
